Year 11’s and Sixth Form visit to Shipyard

On Monday 10th October a group of 22 students from Year 11 and Sixth Form attended an Open Day at the Shipyard arranged by the BAE Systems Trainees. The focus of the morning visit was to provide information on the opportunities available at BAE Systems. The tour of the Shipyard, with the opportunity to see the submarines in build, gave a really interesting insight into the business of building submarines.
